Three interesting things about me:

I am scared of the dark and I can’t sleep alone in a room. I don’t like eating mushrooms, but I can eat mushroom soup. I love obstacle races like Spartan Race, Desert Warrior, and Ice Warrior.

Abegail spent several years within the leisure industry and she chose to follow her passion and became a qualified personal trainer and GX instructor. She wants to become the best in her chosen field, whilst continuing to fuel her passion for fitness and providing her clients with high energy and motivation at all times.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
She is certified in TRX, Twist Functional, Powerlifting, CrossFit, and a certified “Group Exercise Leader” specialising in Les Mills.

CrossFit is my passion and an area that I love to compete in.
