I am a perfectionist. I enjoy extreme sports. I don’t like to quit - if I put something on my mind, I commit to it!

Adelin has been in the fitness industry for 14 years. He also has 12 years of experience in professional wrestling and judo and is passionate about helping clients achieve their maximum potential.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Adelin specialises in strength training, powerlifting, and functional training. He also holds special certificates in Bulgarian bag and TRX training. To assist his clients to burn fat, build muscle, aid their recovery from injury and increase their mobility & flexibility.

What are your fitness thoughts & experience?
The blend of focused exercise, good nutrition, and a structured well-being regime are the key aspects for achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle.
