A passion for Martial Arts is what drives me. I enjoy traveling to new destinations. I always want to be continuously learning.

Feras is an accomplished fitness professional who brings with him 24 years of extensive experience in martial arts and fitness.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Feras is certified in kettlebell & kick boxing workouts, is a fitness instructor and a nutrition & fat loss specialist. His core skills are Muay Thai, kick boxing, boxing, MMA, strength & circuit training, and has a 3-stripe black belt in kickboxing and a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu.

What are your fitness thoughts & experience?

If you could pass on one piece of training advice to a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
When you train, make sure that you do your exercise correctly.
