Three interesting things about me:

1. I love Skydiving! 2. I love to bake and I had my own company in Ireland - Bakerbird which specialised in gluten free and paleo inspired treats (and the odd indulgent dessert!). 3. Before I started CrossFit, I was a rower.

I have been part of the CrossFit community since 2012, I started out as an athlete and a coach at home back in Ireland. I have been living and working in Dubai for just over 2 years. I love both coaching classes and taking one-on-one clients. My passion is getting to know my clients and working with them on reaching their goals. I also work with my clients on their nutrition and recovery to show them how they can improve performance and aesthetics as a result.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Crossfit, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Ladies Only

What are your fitness thoughts & experience?
Fitness is my life! I love the feeling I get from a workout, it really helps to clear my mind. Everyone starts somewhere, and seeing progression over years of effort is really rewarding. I am lucky I get to work with my passion!<br /> <br /> When a friend of mine suggested that I try Crossfit, I saw the change in my body within a few weeks and it was incredible... I was hooked!

If you could pass on one piece of training advice to a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
Get into a routine and stay consistent!

What workout do you like best, and why?
My favourite workout is anything with Power Cleans, S2OH, Wall Balls, HSPU.

What’s your favourite part of the club?
The outdoor CrossFit area in the winter😊

Why did you become a PT?
I love helping people achieve what they didn't think was possible. Seeing my clients achieve their goals brings me great satisfaction.
