I truly love traveling & seeing the world. Getting in the pool & swimming is very rewarding. Reading and continuous learning are important to me.

Samuel has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. He enjoys seeing the transformation with his clients and is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. For him, fitness is a journey of a thousand miles and he's at his best when he's motivating others in their fitness journey.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Circuit training, Strength and conditioning, Body transformation , Weight management and providing nutrition advice

What are your fitness thoughts & experience?
All progress takes place outside the comfort zone. Exercise not only changes your body it changes your mindset, attitude, and your mood.

If you could pass on one piece of training advice to a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
For a good result, it is all about your determination and dedication to the exercises you are doing.

What workout do you like best, and why?
I like doing bench presses and squats.

What’s your favourite part of the club?
The swimming pool area.

Why did you become a PT?
I love fitness. Growing up all my life has been about fitness from playing Karate, Boxing, Rugby, and finally bodybuilding. This is why I decided to become a Personal Trainer, to help those who are struggling with their fitness.

If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I would like to be a firefighter.
