Anna has been in the fitness industry for 3 years. She specializes in female fat loss, weight training, and group training. Anna is also passionate about female hormonal health, eating disorders and nutrition.


Why did you become a PT?
I became a personal trainer to educate and coach women how to transform their body and mind with an enjoyable, sustainable approach to health, nutrition and exercise.

If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I graduated from university in Business Strategy so I would use that to work in business analytics (a bit different I know!).

What’s your favourite part of the club?
The lower body weight equipment and the amount of Olympic lifting platforms!

What workout do you like best, and why?
I like barbell complex workouts.

What colour / animal / object best describes you?
Yellow.

If you could pass on one piece of training adviceto a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
Ladies – lift weights! Your body and mind will thank you for it. I haven’t met a woman who got into training with weights and went back to the treadmill.
