Eoghan (pronounced Owen) has been in the fitness industry for 5 years. He specializes in high intensity interval training (HIIT), sport-specific training, fat loss, and group training. Eoghan also holds special certificates in indoor cycling, boxercise, kettlebell and TRX training. He is passionate about boxing, martial arts and creating tailor-made training programmes.

Why did you become a PT?
From a young age I competed in many types of sports and always had a passion for fitness and always wanted to get into this industry.

If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
A professional promoter for boxing.

What’s your favourite part of the club?
The outside arena.

What workout do you like best, and why?
Boxing conditioning.
