What would you choose?
Julian has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. He specializes in lean muscle gain, fat loss, bodybuilding and strength training. He believes that exercise, nutrition and commitment work together for the success of the individual and reaching the ultimate goal, a healthier and happier you.
Why did you become a PT?
I personally felt the changes fitness brings into a person’s life, both mental and physical. Having a high empathy level, a desire to give something back in this life, by helping others, paired with the right push from a good friend that saw this skill in me.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
A racing car driver. I always love to push the limits.
What’s your favourite part of the club?
I will go outside the box with this one and not pick a physical part, but the whole family; the feeling I get while I am here.
What workout do you like best, and why?
That’s easy, strength training.
