Karen has 10 years of professional experience in coaching from beginners to competitive swimmers. She has a unique and exciting coaching style designed not only to develop high-class swimmers – with great technique and the right skills for future development – but also to help to develop life skills and well-rounded young people.
What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Karen holds many swimming certifications such as a Special Olympics Athletes Course and a Parent and Tot Instructor Course plus health & fitness accreditation such as Flexibility, Calisthenics & Plyometrics.

would it be?
Be determined and focus on the end goal.

Endurance training in swimming.
