Milos has been in the fitness industry for 8 years and has been playing professional American football for 12 years. He specializes in sport-specific training and fitness for kids and those aged 60+. Milos also holds special certificates in lower back pain management, functional aging and kettlebell training. He is passionate about basketball, boxing and helping people achieve their goals.
Why did you become a PT?
I love sport in all shapes and forms.<br /> Being a PT is a form of art, of teaching a healthy lifestyle to other people.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
Veterinarian. I have big respect for animals.

Agility area and outdoor arena.
