What would you choose?
Nemanja has been in the fitness industry for 9 years. He was involved in the process of training and worked as a condition trainer for teams and personal trainer in multiple gyms. He enjoys football which was, unfortunately, the reason why he got injured 3 years ago. After his injury, he decided to completely devote himself and help others to their fitness goal.
Why did you become a PT?
I was involved in sports since the age of 8, as I was growing up I realised how much sport and fitness are important in order to be healthy and to grow as a person and be better in any way imaginable. That is what had pushed me to become a Personal Trainer.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I would definitely still be involved in sports, as a football trainer or conditioning coach, because sports is just a big part of my life.
What’s your favourite part of the club?
Amazing facilities and friendly staff!
What workout do you like best, and why?
For the last couple of years since I stopped playing football on a professional level I really enjoy lifting weights and doing bodybuilding workouts because while I was playing I was doing a lot of functional and conditioning work so this change feels good for now.

If you could pass on one piece of training adviceto a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
Make sure you do your best even on your worst days, consistency is the key.
