Rabeb is an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the drive, knowledge, and enthusiasm to apply the correct fitness techniques to help our members to achieve their goals. She specializes in the areas of personal fitness and nutrition, able to analyse fitness and health levels, and helps to create and stick to specific training programmes. She enjoys inspiring other people to work for the progress they want to make.
Why did you become a PT?
A Personal trainer is about helping people to achieve their fitness goals. People seek guidance to improve their general fitness and health, improve their athletic performance or lose weight and I want to be a part of that journey.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
Army officer, I love the teamwork to reach success and goals and as an army officer, you should have a quick wit and strong decision-making skills.
What’s your favourite part of the club?
The work environment is comfortable, and the facility is amazing. I love the gym floor with all the latest strength machines and equipment.
What workout do you like best, and why?
As I am in the fitness field, I do different workouts from time to time. My best workout is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT can burn a lot of calories in a short time and the metabolic rate is higher hours after a workout.
