Three interesting things about me:

I truly love traveling & seeing the world. Getting in the pool & swimming is very rewarding. Reading and continuous learning are important to me.

Samuel has been in his current profession for 5 years, where his role revolves around giving assistance to clients. Samuel is passionate about helping new members on the floor who aren't sure what to do, especially if it's their first time using gym equipment, and loves interacting with clients and trainers.

What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
Samuel is qualified in Level 2 and Level 3 personal training, has attained KBF-Kenya Awards in the 2007-2008 bodybuilding competitions, and has played in the Kenyan Rugby Sevens from 2000-2007. And is focused on delivering fat loss & muscle gain.

What are your fitness thoughts & experience?

If you could pass on one piece of training advice to a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
For a good result, it is all about your determination and dedication to the exercises you are doing.

What workout do you like best, and why?
I like doing bench presses and squats.

What’s your favourite part of the club?
The swimming pool area.

Why did you become a PT?
I have a passion for fitness and that’s what made me get involved and fully committed, to becoming a Fitness Floor Assistant and to help people in the gym.

If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I would like to be a firefighter.
