What would you choose?
Samuel has been in his current profession for 5 years', where his role revolves around giving assistance to clients. He is qualified in Level 2 and Level 3 personal training, has attained KBF-Kenya Awards in the 2007-2008 body building competitions and has played in the Kenyan Rugby Sevens from 2000-2007. Samuel is passionate about helping new clients on the floor who aren't sure what to do, especially if it's their first time using gym equipment, and loves interacting with clients and trainers.
Why did you become a PT?
I have a passion for fitness and that’s what made me get involved, and fully committed, to becoming a Fitness Floor Assistant and to help people in the gym.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I would like to be a fire fighter.
What’s your favourite part of the club?
The swimming pool area.
What workout do you like best, and why?
I like doing bench press and squats.
What colour / animal / object best describes you?
Blue and a lion.
