What would you choose?
Trevor has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. He specialises in fat loss, strength, conditioning and functional training. Trevor also holds special certificates in lower back pain management, boxercise, TRX and kettlebell training. He believes that a systematic training approach and continuous motivation are required to achieve the best results in fitness.
Why did you become a PT?
I have a passion for fitness, and like to help people, so becoming a Personal Trainer was an obvious step for me. Being able to work alongside people and watch them push their boundaries is very rewarding as a fitness professional.
If you weren’t a PT what would you be, and why?
I would like to be a Formula 1 driver.
What’s your favourite part of the club?
The upstairs training area is the best place for me. I love the concept, the space, and the variety of functional equipment.
What workout do you like best, and why?
Kettlebell Flows – Combining several kettlebell exercises into one seamless pattern to work the entire body.
What colour / animal / object best describes you?
Fiery Red – Results driven, Goal Oriented, Focused.
If you could pass on one piece of training adviceto a member at Max & Aegle what would it be?
Results are directly related to the effort/commitment you put in. Don’t put in half the effort and expect all the results.
