Sharon Reid – Head Coach Sharon has been in the fitness industry for 8 years and specialises in Cross Training for people of all ages. Sharon also holds special certificates in Olympic weightlifting, mobility, kettlebell and TRX training; and enjoys designing classes, and new challenges, for members and spearheading the growth of a Cross Training community.

Nabil Bogdan – Head Coach Nabil has been in the fitness industry for 12 years and specialises in Cross Training for groups and individuals. Nabil also holds special certificates in Cross Training for kids, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, guiding them in reaching new personal heights.
