General

I forgot my Max & Aegle password what can I do?
To reset your Max & Aegle password simply go to the Log In page for your Max & Aegle account, then click the link to 'Activate' your account. This will then send you an email which will allow you to reset your password.

Do you provide parking at the club?
Yes, all of our members have access to free, dedicated parking spaces. Please just show your member’s band to open the security barriers.

Do you have free wifi at the club?
Yes, kindly ask reception for the wifi password.

Do you have prayer rooms at the Club?
At the moment we do not have a prayer room, however we are working to find a solution. Members are advised to use the prayer rooms at the nearby DXBike station or the community mosque around the corner.

Classes

How do I book a class?
Please visit www.maxandaegle.com/classes to view the timetable and book classes.

Are there different levels for classes?
At the moment there are no levels, however, in the future we will be introducing 3 levels for each of our classes - beginner, Intermediate and advanced.

Can I bring guests to a class?
Currently, our classes are available to members and day pass holders only. Kindly contact reception for further assistance, either in the club or on telephone number +971 4 259 5555.

How do I cancel a class booking?
Please log in to your My M&A account to view, amend or cancel your class bookings.

I am having trouble using the Fitmetrix App to book my class who do I go to for help?

Can bring my child to a class?
We have dedicated classes for children of various ages as well as family classes where parents and children can exercise together. Please refer to our Children Policy for further information on age restrictions in our facility.

What age groups are the kids classes for?
We have 2 age groups for our kids classes: 4 to 7 and 8 to 14. Teens aged between 14 and 16 can attend adult classes only if accompanied by a parent (additional height restrictions apply for certain studios, such as the Giro Studio). Teens aged 17 and above can attend adult classes without a parent.

What time does the restaurant close?
Our Juice Bar is open from 7am to 8pm everyday of the week.

Membership

Do you offer a family membership?
Yes. We offer a 6 month membership and a 12 month membership for families of 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 16.

What is the minimum age to join?
Adult individual memberships are available to those aged 18 and above. Children aged between 4 and 16 can join on a family membership. Infants aged under 4 are not allowed in the club for safety reasons.

Are all classes included in the membership fees?
Most of our standard classes are included in the membership fees. Special classes, workshops and programmes may have additional fees. Such fees will always be clearly indicated. If in doubt, always check with reception.

Can I bring guests to the club?
Yes, you can bring guests to the club but they are to purchase a day pass or a weekend pass to gain access.

How can I check my membership renewal date?
Simply log in to your Max & Aegle online account, where the renewal date will be displayed in the top right hand corner of your account dashboard.

Can I suspend my membership?
Max & Aegle does not offer membership freezing. Our monthly memberships and no joining fees offer you the flexibility to pay only for the months you would like to use the club.

I am pregnant and want to suspend my membership, can I?
Under special circumstances the management may approve requests for membership freezing. Kindly contact reception for further information, either in the club or on telephone number +971 4 259 5555.

How do I cancel my membership?
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
